Esta publicação integra o conjunto de recursos “Pedagogia-em-Participação: construindo a qualidade em educação de infância” e apresenta uma proposta para a formação contínua de educadores de infância entendidos enquanto liderança pedagógica nas suas instituições de pertença. Com a sua disseminação pretendemos proporcionar aos educadores de infância conhecimentos e recursos pedagógicos que os incentive a olhar criticamente para o seu quotidiano pedagógico, a dialogar com os seus pares, com os saberes e a ética e, progressivamente, a construir modos de pensar e fazer pedagogia da infância que instituem a qualidade da educação de infância em Portugal.
This publication is part of a set of resources named “Pedagogy-in-Participation: building quality in early childhood education”. It presents a proposal for continuous professional development of early childhood educators understood as pedagogical leaders in their schools. With its dissemination, we intend to provide early childhood educators with knowledge and pedagogical resources that encourage them to reflect critically about their daily pedagogical environment, to dialogue with their peers, sustained on knowledge and ethics and, progressively, to build ways of thinking and doing childhood pedagogy that build the quality of childhood education in Portugal.
