Course Description

This free online course is aimed at future mentors supporting staff working in civil society organisations.

By completing this course, you will be able to:

  • Define mentoring and its purposes and objectives
  • Explain how mentoring works using the 70-20-10 principle
  • Describe the stages of the mentoring process
  • Test mentoring skills including listening, building trust, and apply the GROW model.
