This video-based course is for AKF and AKTC staff in India who have completed the Introduction to Safeguarding at the Aga Khan Foundation – India video-based course. In this short course, staff will learn about how AKF and AKTC in India work to prevent and respond to sexual harassment at the workplace. Through the course, staff are introduced to the AKF India Policy Against Sexual Harassment at the Workplace and the landmark Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal Act of 2013. Learners will review scenarios, complete short reading exercises, and take two short quizzes in addition to completing the two modules.
