الهدف من هذه الدورة هو تزويد المشاركين والمشاركات بالخطوات الموصى باتباعها من أجل إنشاء فكرة عمل قابلة للتطبيق والتحقق من صحتها بشكل أفضل.

ستغطي وحدات الدورة أيضًا المفاهيم والتعريفات الأساسية لريادة الأعمال مثل ؛ أهمية أن تكون رائد  او رائدة أعمال، صفات رجل الأعمال الناجح وسيدة الاعمالر الناجحة،  إنشاء قائمة بأفكار العمل، استخدام تحليل SWOT للتعرف على أفضل فكرة،  وأخيراً وصف فكرة عملك النهائية، بالإضافة إلى منهج التفكير التصميمي وتطبيقه في تصميم وتوليد أفكار الشركات الناشئة.

• قم بتطبيق تحليل SWOT للتأكد من أن هذه الفكرة مناسبة لفكرة العمل.

This course on Business Ideation provides learners with a set of steps to help them generate and validate an idea for their business or startup.

The course covers basic entrepreneurial concepts and definitions such as the importance of being an entrepreneur, the qualities of a successful entrepreneur, generating a list of business ideas, using a SWOT analysis to identify the most promising idea, and articulating their business idea of choice.

The course also introduces learners to the design thinking approach and shows them how they can apply it to the process of generating startup ideas.

By the end of this course, learners will be able to:

• Define the concept of entrepreneurship.
• Articulate the importance of entrepreneurship.
• List the qualities of a successful entrepreneur.
• Identify the steps in the design thinking process.
• Apply the design thinking methodology in order to generate their business idea.
• Apply the SWOT analysis to their business idea to check its validity.
• Describe their project idea.
