This free training video in Portuguese was developed for people in East Africa seeking a healthy and nutritious diet using sweet potato leaves.

By the time they complete the video, learners will be able to:

– Describe the properties of sweet potato leaves, including the fact that they are edible, healthy, and tasty,

– Describe the nutritious value of sweet potato leaves, and

– Prepare a simple family meal based on beans, fish, or meat that includes sweet potato leaves.
